Adapting Office Space to Current Workplace Needs
For our client, we carried out construction modifications within their existing office premises with the aim of better adapting the layout to the team’s day-to-day needs and way of working. The project originated from the practical need to create dedicated spaces for meetings and internal discussions, which were previously missing from the office layout. All work was completed with a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship, meeting project deadlines, and minimizing disruption to the client’s daily operations, allowing the team to continue working throughout the construction period with only minimal limitations.
New Meeting Rooms with Glass Partitions
The main part of the project involved creating new meeting rooms by dividing a section of the existing open-plan office space. When designing the solution, we focused on maintaining an open and airy atmosphere while ensuring that the new rooms would not block natural light from reaching the surrounding workspaces. For this reason, glass partitions became the key architectural element. They visually connect the interior, allow daylight to penetrate deeper into the floor plan, and at the same time provide the level of privacy required for meetings. The result is a set of representative meeting rooms that integrate seamlessly into the overall character of the office while meeting the demands of a modern corporate environment.
Electrical Installation and Designer Lighting
An integral part of the project was the complete electrical installation required for the newly created spaces. We carried out all electrical wiring, installed data outlets, and provided all other technical infrastructure necessary for the meeting rooms to function efficiently on a daily basis. Special attention was paid to the selection and installation of designer lighting, which plays an essential role in the overall appearance and atmosphere of the interior. Carefully chosen lighting not only provides optimal conditions for everyday work but also creates a pleasant and professional environment for welcoming business partners and clients.
The completed project fully met the client’s expectations, and we are pleased to have contributed to improving their working environment.

This project was particularly interesting because all construction work was carried out within fully operational office premises, placing greater demands on planning and coordinating the individual trades. Every stage of the project had to be carefully scheduled to ensure that the client's day-to-day operations were disrupted as little as possible.
I am pleased that, thanks to the excellent cooperation of the entire team, we successfully completed the project to the required standard and within the agreed timeframe.
