Cliniq Chodov Dental Clinic
This spring, we completed a full renovation of an entire floor in the Imoba building in Prague’s Chodov district, transforming it into a new dental clinic. The project was based on the design and technical documentation prepared by the client’s architect, who also supervised the entire construction process. Before starting work, we removed virtually all of the existing structures left by the previous tenant. Only the toilets were retained, with repairs carried out wherever necessary.
Dental Surgeries and Specialist Facilities
The clinic now features ten dental surgeries, four of which are dedicated exclusively to paediatric patients. The project included the installation of complete technical infrastructure for the individual surgeries, including gas distribution systems and preparations for sterilisation equipment. Special attention was also required for the 3D X-ray rooms, where we installed dedicated partitions made from X-RAY Protection boards to ensure safe operation in compliance with the relevant standards. Precise execution of the technical installations was essential to ensure the clinic could operate safely and efficiently.
Reception Areas and Facilities for Staff and Patients
We built a new entrance lobby next to the lift, separating the building’s shared spaces from the entrance to the clinic. The main entrance lobby, featuring a reception desk and kitchenette, serves as a welcoming reception area and waiting zone, with a children’s corner planned for younger patients in the future. We also created complete staff facilities, including changing rooms, showers and a staff room.
The result is a functional, well-organised space where all areas connect naturally to form a fully equipped healthcare facility.

Recently, we have gained extensive experience in constructing specialist medical facilities, such as Premier Clinic. We applied this experience to this project as well, bringing together our partners, suppliers and colleagues to successfully complete another project.
