More Offices at Coral Office Park
During the summer holidays, we renovated office premises for our client in Building D of Coral Office Park. The space was one of three separate units created by dividing the premises previously occupied by a former tenant. Following the completion of the offices for Meets, we went on to renovate this section as well.
Modifications to Match the New Layout
In addition to replacing the floor coverings throughout the entire space, we adapted all technical systems to the newly designed layout to meet the client’s requirements. We installed glass partitions and glazed fanlights, including glass doors, defining individual rooms while preserving the bright and open feel of the offices. We also completed all the necessary preparations for a new kitchenette.
Turnkey Furniture and Equipment
We also supplied individual pieces of office furniture, including a meeting table and chairs for the conference room, as well as fully equipped workstations. Our scope of supply also included a bespoke kitchenette manufactured to the client’s specifications, along with other smaller joinery elements.

Thanks to our client Mint Investments, Coral Office Park has almost become a second home to us. We have been working here for some time now, carrying out projects for companies that actually occupy the offices.
