What was our team tasked with?
Construction of the office premises of NNIT Czech s.r.o. in Prague’s Smíchov.
How did we handle it?
Construction of a 850 m2 fitout in just a few weeks
The company NNIT, which, among other things, deals with IT consulting and comprehensive IT services for its customers, has decided to move from its original headquarters in Nové Butovice to the new modern Smíchov City complex. On the basis of a project from the Capexus company, we embarked on the complete construction of new premises, which we managed in just 11 weeks.
In the main role of glass partitions
An interesting element in the offices are the rounded glass partitions, which ventilated the entire space and created a fresh design. In order to ensure pleasant acoustics for the employees, modern acoustic ceilings were used in the open space and acoustic panels in the entrance lobby and meeting rooms. Corridors, on the other hand, were left without suspended ceilings with visible technologies that gave the space a slightly industrial feel.
Pleasant environment in a modern building
To make the space more interesting and to create a pleasant environment for employees, we placed several modern elements and decorations in the space. An interesting element is, for example, a practical large screen in the entrance lobby or a modern flower wall in the adjacent kitchen. The offices are enlivened with designer lamps that also have an acoustic function and complement the entire design of the offices.
Result
Our goal was to complete the entire construction within 11 weeks, which we achieved thanks to the great work of our colleagues and subcontractors. Together with architects and interior contractors, we created a modern yet cozy space.
