Preparing offices for a new tenant
For Mint Investments, we carried out modifications to office premises with a total area of 184 m² in Building D of Coral Office Park. The space needed to be prepared for a new tenant, the company Meets. The offices were left by the previous user and their layout no longer met current requirements. Part of the assignment was therefore to slightly reduce the office area and adjust the internal layout. During the implementation, we removed selected glass and drywall partitions and created a new spatial arrangement that better suits the current operation of the offices.
New layout of the entrance and meeting room
A significant change involved the entrance area, which was redesigned in a smaller format. A new meeting room was created immediately behind the entrance, which also required adjustments to the floor covering in the areas where a glass partition had been removed. Another glass partition was installed opposite the entrance, creating an additional separated meeting space. The works also included adjustments to the suspended acoustic panels so they corresponded with the new layout of the entrance and meeting room, while maintaining the existing positions of all ceiling technologies.
Detailed execution and refurbishment of the facilities
A distinctive feature of the interior is the high-gloss brown doors complemented by a side light panel. In cooperation with Verti, our task was to create a new glass partition with identical doors that seamlessly continue the existing design. The high-gloss surface represented a more demanding production detail. The project also included a refresh of the existing kitchenette so that it would be ready for the new tenant.
The result of the modifications is a more functional and compact office space ready for immediate use. The layout changes allowed the available area to be used more efficiently while preserving the character of the original interior. Thanks to the fast coordination of all trades and suppliers, the implementation was completed within a short time frame of one month. We are pleased that this project allowed us to continue our long-term cooperation with Mint Investments.
