What was our team’s task?

How did we deal with it?

Reconstruction of toilets – 2nd and 4th floor

For our long-standing client, the company CPI Property Group, a.s., we followed up on the successful first stage of toilet reconstruction in the administrative building Meteor Center Office Park building B in Karlín. This time we focused on modernizing the spaces on the 2nd and 4th floors, while maintaining the same design concept as in the first phase. The aim was again to create a stylish and functional space with an emphasis on quality and aesthetics, which contributes to a pleasant working environment.

Realization of tiling, paving, doors and furnishings

In the second stage as well, we focused primarily on the combination of large-format tiling with mosaics, the laying of paving stones and the installation of modern furnishings. Our delivery included doors that corresponded in color with the mosaic, which allowed us to achieve a uniform appearance of the space. Based on the positive feedback from the previous implementation, we again used proven types of materials, which the client and employees evaluate as practical and durable.

Mirror wall and atypical sinks

One of the dominant features of the restrooms is the mirrored wall above the sinks, which hides soap and paper towel dispensers. Both are elegantly marked with backlit pictograms directly in the mirror, ensuring they are easily visible. Another distinctive feature are the atypical sinks made of Corian artificial stone. The sink top is also equipped with holes for throwing in used paper towels, which contributes to the cleanliness and easy maintenance of the space. In order to maintain the comfort and safety of people with limited mobility, we also paid special attention to the barrier-free adaptation of the toilets.
