What was our team’s task?
Realization of a multimedia space on the ground floor of the Aspira Business Centre administrative building in Nové Butovice.
How did we handle it?
Construction of a unique space in the Aspira Business Centre
In the spring of this year, we participated in the realization of a multimedia space on the ground floor of the Aspira Business Centre administrative building in Nové Butovice. The owners of the building had been considering for a long time what interesting things should be created in these spaces, while not wanting to bet on ordinary retail. In the end, they decided to create a Multiplex studio, which was a logical consequence of the fact that the building had been providing its atrium for the filming of the sports program Tiki Taka for a long time. The multimedia spaces thus expand the possibilities for filming and broadcasting directly in the building.
Technical solutions combined with design
The space is divided into two filming studios – a larger and a smaller one. We equipped the larger studio with an acoustic ceiling HeartFelt from Hunter & Douglas, complemented by lighting fixtures inserted between the individual slats. The smaller studio is equipped similarly, with a ceiling equipped with acoustic panels, and in addition, a screen for image keying was placed here. These technical and acoustic solutions were designed with the functionality and modern design of the space in mind.
Construction challenges and project completion
In addition to ceilings and floors, we also participated in the implementation of partitions, doors, toilets and other technical spaces, including the server room and control room. Another interesting challenge was the implementation of two large core boreholes, which provide ventilation passages between the ground floor and basement. Our implementation follows on from previous projects in the Aspira Business Centre building and, as before, this time it was completed with the installation of furniture from CRE8.
Result
This implementation demonstrates our ability to adapt to demanding requirements, deliver quality solutions and also implement in a short period of time.
