At the time of our takeover, the space of 250 sq. meters for a new Simix car showroom was in the shell & core state. We started with the laying of floors in the form of site cast concrete. Using a special reinforced floor screed, we gave the room its final shape. We also spent some time on the integration of a complete sanitary system and the installation of new wiring and finalizing all structures and surfaces in space. The result is a luxurious space for presenting exceptional cars..
